For Individuals
- There are three awards each for the US and India.
- There are no restrictions based on age, gender, ethnicity, or location.
- Nominees should have an inspiring story that showcases their exceptional compassion, dedication, and perseverance.
- Nominees should have a clean record without ongoing legal trials for misconduct or unlawful activities.

For Non Profits
- There are three awards each for the US and India.
- Nominee organizations must be registered as non-profits in India or the US.
- Affiliation with political parties or extremist groups is not allowed.
- Nominee organizations must have a transparent history devoid of controversies and legal violations.

For Corporates
- There are three awards each for the US and India.
- Corporate entities must be registered under the Companies Act in India or the US.
- They should have a separate division, staff, and budget for CSR activities.
- Nominee organizations must have a transparent history devoid of controversies and legal violations.
The benefits of being recognized as a TALHero include receiving an award during the TAL World Kindness Day, promoting their work on TAL websites and social media platforms, an exclusive interview with TALRadio, a press release highlighting their achievements.
A five-member advisory panel for the US and India awards to ensure a fair and unbiased selection process. The board consists of journalists, social workers, previous TALHeroes, TAL Leaders, and higher officials from Solix, who will evaluate nominations based on various factors such as the nominee's field of work, methodology, impact on society, years of experience, recognitions received, and visible dedication.
